2. What data we process

• Account: your email address and password (stored protected, not in readable form), and the date and version of the Terms you accepted.

• Service use: your credit balance, the identifier of each issued quote (not its content), and your purchases (payment ID, amount and currency).

• Anti-abuse limits: a technical fingerprint (hash) of your IP address, used only to limit excessive use.

• Text for AI: the text you dictate or type in “Build with AI” is sent to an artificial intelligence provider to suggest the items. We do not store it in our database.

• Your business details, customers, logo and quotes are stored on your device; we have no access to them.

3. What we use it for

To create and operate your account, apply and control credits, process payments, prevent abuse and fraud, provide support and comply with legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (accounts and database), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Anthropic (artificial intelligence), Mercado Pago and Paddle (payments) and an email delivery service. Your data may be stored or processed outside your country, including the United States. We do not sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

While your account is active and, afterwards, for as long as needed to meet legal and tax obligations or defend rights.

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected]. If you reside in Argentina: the data subject may exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of not less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven (Law 25.326). The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the Control Authority of Law 25.326, handles complaints regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules. If you reside elsewhere, you also have the rights granted by local law.

7. Local storage and cookies

We use browser storage to keep your data on your device and maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Security

We apply reasonable measures to protect data, but no system is infallible.

9. Minors

The App is not directed to people under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy (version 2026-11-01-v3). The current version is published in the App.
