1. First quote

The first quote of each account is free.

2. Right of withdrawal

If you buy credits you may withdraw and request a refund of the credits you have NOT used, within 10 (ten) calendar days of purchase, without giving reasons. If you bought through Paddle, its terms as merchant of record and the law of your country also apply where they grant you mandatory rights.

How: write to [email protected] (or use the “Withdrawal button” in the App) stating your account email. The refund is made through the same payment method.

3. Credits already used

Credits already used to issue a quote are not refundable, unless there was a verifiable technical failure of the App that prevented you from issuing it: in that case we will restore the credit.

4. Payment problems

If a payment shows as completed but you do not see your credits, write to [email protected] with the receipt and we will fix it.
