1. Who we are and acceptance

SolucionAI (the “App”) is a service operated by Marcelo Adrián Centanni, tax ID (CUIT) 20-14595445-3, address Güemes, Bahía Blanca, Provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Contact: [email protected].

By creating an account or using the App you state that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, that you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts.

2. What SolucionAI is

SolucionAI is a tool to build quotes in several languages, with your logo, general country templates and a dictation feature that uses artificial intelligence to suggest line items.

SolucionAI does NOT provide legal, accounting or tax advice. Country formats are general, indicative templates: you are solely responsible for the content, prices, taxes and for making sure your documents comply with the rules of your country. A quote is not an invoice or a tax document.

3. Your account

To issue quotes you need an account with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. The information you give us must be true.

4. Your data stays on your device

Your business details, logo, customers and quotes are stored on your own device (in the browser), not on our servers. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, that information is lost. We do not back up that data: we recommend saving your quotes as PDF.

5. Free quote and credits

Each account can issue a first quote at no cost. To issue more, 1 credit is used per quote.

A quote is considered “issued” when you print it, save it as PDF or send it by WhatsApp from the App. Printing or sending an already issued quote again does not use another credit.

Credits are personal, non-transferable and do not expire while your account is active. Current prices are shown in the App before you buy; we may change them going forward without affecting credits already purchased.

To prevent abuse, the App may apply technical usage limits. Creating several accounts to obtain free quotes is not allowed.

6. Payments

In Argentina, payments are processed through Mercado Pago, in Argentine pesos. In the rest of the world, when available, they will be processed through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record, in US dollars. We do not store your card details. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the App for unlawful activities, fraud or impersonation, or to infringe third-party rights. You may not overload or attempt to compromise the system, or bypass the limits or the credit system.

8. Artificial intelligence

When you use dictation or the “Build with AI” button, the text you type or dictate is sent to an artificial intelligence provider to suggest the quote items. AI can make mistakes: always review items, quantities and prices before issuing. Do not include unnecessary sensitive data in that text.

9. Intellectual property and your content

The App and the SolucionAI brand belong to us. Your content, including your logo, is yours: you state that you have the right to use it and grant us a limited license solely to process it and provide the service to you.

10. Availability and changes

The App is provided “as is” and may have interruptions or changes. We may modify or suspend features; if the change is significant we will try to let you know.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from the use of or inability to use the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Exception for Consumers: This limitation does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, nor does it affect any non-waivable rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Argentina.

For Business Users (B2B): Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the City of Bahía Blanca, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

For Consumers (B2C): Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. If you reside outside Argentina, you may bring claims before the courts of your domicile where required by local law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for any claim that you voluntarily choose to bring against us, or for any claim that we bring against you, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bahía Blanca, Argentina, waiving any other venue.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will publish the current version in the App (version 2026-11-01-v3) and, if the change is important, notify you. If you keep using the App after the change, you are deemed to accept it.
